Mr. Williams is an amazingly attentive and friendly attorney who advocates for you to ensure a positive outcome. Kristie his paralegal is a phenomenal asset to his team. She is very communicative and easy to work with. She follows up and makes sure you’re in the loop. The entire team from the office staff to the attorneys are all so personable. They answer questions in a way to ensure you understand. They make it easy so you don’t feel stressed especially if you’re still being treated medically. Between work, doctors appointments and taking care of my family, they made my process one less thing to worry about. I got the best possible outcome. Even when one of the insurance companies tried to shortchange me Mr. Williams explained what was happening and stood up for to ensure I received everything I was entitled too.
