I was very pleased from start to finish on how Mark Hartsoe handled my automobile accident and injury. His knowledge and guidance allowed me to take the correct steps needed through the process in a timely manner. We were able to keep in contact over the few months my vehicle was being repaired and the insurance and hospital paperwork was being pushed through the system. I always felt like I knew what was happening, and Mark was always straightforward and up-to-date on my case. He made this terrible accident much less of a burden in my life.
