Experienced, competent, confident and communicative! Sarah Bean Smith possesses all of these traits and more! I have a perfect driving record, and when I told a few friends of being issued a citation in Maryville, TN over Labor Day weekend that could result in a hefty fine and points, they advised me to get an attorney. I was apprehensive about finding one, as I am from out of state, but I did some research and found Costner and Green. I called, described my situation and Ms. Smith was recommended. She called me promptly and outlined her plan. I followed her recommendations, and she recently informed me that the judge dismissed the charges. Yay!!! I'm from out of state and got a speeding ticket on the TOTD. If you're thinking of showing up in court for this it won't work the court date will be moved to another date. For me this was the only other option to keep the points off my license. Thank you so much!

Joe costner was incredible. Compassionate, understanding, asked all the right questions and listen to my answers. He discussed with me and my wife our options and we ultimately came up with a winning game plan. Joe was able to get my DUI DISMISSED. Thank you Joe, you are the best. But as good as Joe is Linda Hickey is the one that keeps that office on track. She was introduced to me as the boss by Joe and he was so right. Linda was a joy to work with always answering my stupid questions, responding immediately with anything I needed and keeping me up to date and in this stressful time which was actually what I needed to keep from stressing out.
