Sarah is the best lawyer someone could ask to have in their corner when your life seems to be turned upside down. She shows so much compassion to you as a person not just a case! Definitely recommend her 10/10!

Was referred to Joe by complete stranger and during consultation they listened very attentively and explained everything extremely well. They accepted the case and immediately went to work towards resolving. They gave us strong hope when most desperately needed; best lawyer ever met!

Andy long is Hands down the best lawyer we’ve ever used. He is super nice and understanding and patient. He called many times to inform us on court and options . I would highly recommend him! Court was successful we got what we set out for.

I definitely recommend this law firm , especially Sarah Smith . She handled my case better than anyone else would’ve. She kept me up to date on what was happening in my case . Andy Long was very professional and prompt. Andy came highly recommend from 2 different sources. The one source is retired and worked for an attorney in Knoxville. The other works for a different firm in Maryville. I called her first to get her expertise and she said to call Andy Long! She said if she needed a criminal attorney he would be her first and only pick! Andy was able to get my case dismissed. Andy is the 3rd attorney I have used in my adult life and I wouldn't call anyone else! Thank you Andy Long!

I used Joe Costner for a recent DUI case. Joe was excellent in his communication, management of the case with the court, DA, and probation officers, and he was patient with me in giving the right advice on next steps, my responsibilities and possible actions that would improve my standing in the case. I would recommend Joe to any potential client, as this is the second time I have used him, and he was outstanding both times.
