I been having a case with them since 04/18 and everytime I call they tell me someone will call back and guess what I’m still waiting on a call back… won’t recommend

An attorney reached out to me after my car wreck in 2019. Stated he wanted to assist with my case. Fast forward, five years later, still no settlement but plenty of excuses.

Brian and Louis are a God sent to this business and if they can't take your case they make sure to send you in the correct direction to get the best representation. Love these guys and so do my parents. Used this firm several times and will be a forever loyal client.

I was considering retaining this Law Firm but, the recent reviews have turned me off.

I had a cancer malpractice case that went on for years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this law firm. I have over a million views on my Google reviews and you can see I rarely give bad ones. My experience with them was quite disappointing. Firstly, the expert witness they hired for my case seemed to have no knowledge of the details of my medical history. This lack of understanding made it difficult for her to provide accurate insights and opinions. Additionally, on the last day of the continuing the case, she claimed that she couldn't review the images of my cancer spot before and after. She attributed this issue to her outdated computer and blamed her IT staff for not resolving it promptly. As someone who was in need of urgent assistance, I expected a more efficient resolution to such a crucial matter. I was asked after this to do a voluntary dismissal and to find another law firm to represent me. This was after 5 years of dealing with the case. Furthermore, it seemed that the law firm's connections with doctors and attorneys were so deep that it hindered their ability to win cases for their clients. While they were genuinely nice people, their lack of organization and inability to deliver successful outcomes in malpractice cases was a significant drawback. Considering my experience, I strongly advise anyone who is sick and in need of assistance with a malpractice case to save themselves the heartache and time by bypassing this law firm.

Good customer service and always return your phone calls

Going on 2 years next month for me. No communication, I have to call them, no updates. The Karen lady gives me the same excuses every time I reach out. I seen no paperwork of the filing my case. It’s just been a run around. I didn’t even use my real name on here cause I don’t want them to get to calling me just cause they see this message so it’s not a genuine call.

The Choizza Law Firm has done nothing but avoid my calls and has yet to call me back about any updates on my claim. My claim case was opened in November 2022, and the only update I know is that they took money from the insurance and never gave me anything compensated back. Their customer service is terrible, the people lie and never call back, and I have called over them too many times for them to never get back to me. I would never recommend a place that doesn't care for their customers like this law firm. And still to this day, no one has called and updated me, even when I do call, no one calls back.
