Going on 2 years next month for me. No communication, I have to call them, no updates. The Karen lady gives me the same excuses every time I reach out. I seen no paperwork of the filing my case. It’s just been a run around. I didn’t even use my real name on here cause I don’t want them to get to calling me just cause they see this message so it’s not a genuine call.

Horrible service. Sold me a sweet dream to use them

The Choizza Law Firm has done nothing but avoid my calls and has yet to call me back about any updates on my claim. My claim case was opened in November 2022, and the only update I know is that they took money from the insurance and never gave me anything compensated back. Their customer service is terrible, the people lie and never call back, and I have called over them too many times for them to never get back to me. I would never recommend a place that doesn't care for their customers like this law firm. And still to this day, no one has called and updated me, even when I do call, no one calls back.

Oh I just love the Chiozza Law Firm. Everyone in the office is nice and very polite. They answered each and every one of my questions and give the best advice.

They are terrible with communication, they play with your time and money. If I was you I Wouldn’t look there way for assistance it’s been 6 months no calls, no text, trust me they’re not worth SHITTT

Brian Chiozza and this law firm are extremely helpful. They get business taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Definitely will use again, if needed.
