I would never recommend this law office to anyone, I know being an attorney is tough a job. But the lack of transparency and communication is at a total of 0%. Also some of the attorneys can be very obnoxious. If i needed to hire another attorney for an accident case, it never be this office..

I was involved in my first not at fault accident earlier last year. I didn't know what to do beyond filing an insurance claim. Thankfully I got connected with Mark at Chiozza Law Firm and they took care of everything! They set up me up with a physical therapist, assisted with rental coverage when the insurance refused to pay, and they were able to strike a settlement deal with the insurance company. YOU CAN FIRED these ppl JUST DONT DONT SIGNED THE RELEASE FORM; Should’ve just went with the attorneys I’ve used in the past. Received more calls on 2nd day of accident vs. remainder I have been making the calls to keep abreast of my case. Offer was settled without me but about me. DEFINITELY DNT recommend if you had a child involved. Was told the insurance company has to get their lawyers. I’m pretty sure such a big company already has attorneys. Last but not least I really should have known something wasn’t right; when a callback and they didn’t remember whom they were calling. 🙏🏾 not for this to happen again but definitely would not recommend for no one I know (public organizations that I volunteer, no veteran, and anyone else I know.
