If you think being in an Accident is bad. Hire this company! The attorneys' really dont care about small claims. I started with the Nashville office, I asked if I could meet the attorney and was told I could to Nashville any time I wanted. Next thing I know My case is transferred to the Memphis office. Again asked if the attorney could meet with me face to face, NOPE! Drive to Memphis. I only ever dealt with the Case Manager she was sweet, but i didnt feel like anything was getting done. I didn't know they put a gag order on every part of your life, I couldn't get any info from any one and the questions I had weren't being answered. My medical bills took all my Settlement and they still took 33% off the top. they knew I was makin nothing, after over 9 months of pain and agony and all the bills, my life was changed forever and I got nothing for pain and suffering. They didn't want to go trail with the fear of loosing, or the the at fault didn't have any assets, enough to make it worth it. They will claim they got the MAX available. sure then took it. I live in pain the rest of my life and have to cover the medical from here on out but they got theirs. Their motto "you don't pay unless you win" well i shouldn't have had to pay cause I lost my Quality of life. only good thing is "the reason for one star" I don't have any current med bills to fight with... I am thankful for that. Stay away find a small town attorney.
