Worst experience I've ever had with a attorney ive had several different paralegals with my case it's always someone getting fired or quitting and seems like every time my case started over and no one knew anything

Very disappointed when I'm told my son ( 3 years old) doesn't have a case. After his doctor's have neglected to do there job for over a year. I mean how is that not a case????? My son was misdiagnosed for over a year they never did any test just diagnosed him with something just to get him out of there face. My son has suffered for over a year different medicines and everything and they now refer him somewhere and he was diagnosed with something that's more serious.

I have had a case open with them since August. Can never talk to my case worker on the phone and can never get a straight answer from them on what's going on with my case, when I do talk to someone. I'm always told they are waiting on medical records and it will take 30 days. Was told that the first time back in August. Very unpleasant experience with them so far.

They advertised how great they are I gave a call after they talk to me for a while Omar told me I should go and talk to the legislators because they can make a new law easier than they can win a case. Go figure.

I initially left 5 stars until they called back and said they wouldn’t take my case. This was after they said they would and I had already signed the paperwork and done an extensive 2 hour interview over the phone. At the beginning of the call about my denial, the man did ask something about if I have 20/20 vision. I don’t know what my vision is, but I do have macular degeneration which messes with your vision and causes visual distortion and blindness. I most certainly do not have perfect vision and Morgan & Morgan would know this, had they looked into my medical records instead of taking word of mouth from the people they’ve outsourced their calls to and a confused patient who does not posses a medical degree. I have Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Macular Degeneration, Hypothyroidism and PCOS. I was denied disability, I believe, because social security was unable to get in touch with my primary care doctor and their records in a timely manor. Morgan & Morgan has lost this client and I have taken my business elsewhere. I hope they do better regarding potential clients with disabilities in the future. This was devastating.

CLARA RHODES IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE OR PARALEGAL IVE EVER DEALT WITH. THIS WOMAN IS UNFIT TO DEAL WITH THE PEOPLE. SHE HAS NO COMPASSION, NO SYMPATHY, COMPLETELY HEARTLESS. THIS IS BUSINESS AND IT SHOULD NEVER GET PERSONAL. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A FIRM. YOU CAN'T TALK TO AN LAWYER, BEFORE SIGNING AN AGREEMENT. THEY DEAL WITH AN OUTSIDE INTAKE COMPANY. THIS FIRM OPERATES AS THEY'RE TOO BIG TO FAIL. CLARA RHODES AND ELAINE SHENG CLOSED MY CASE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. ITS MY BELIEF THIS FIRM DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE FORWARD BECAUSE I HAD CONCERNS BEFORE SIGNING THE AGREEMENT. Smh!!! I WOULD NEVER DO ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS BOGUS, EMOTIONALLY MOTIVATED FIRM...CLARA RHODES (IN A NONCHALANT TONE) LIED AS IF I TOLD THE FIRM TO CLOSE MY CASE BUT HER AND ELAINE SHENG MADE THIS DECISION ON THERE ON. I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT ON 6/8/2022, RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ELAINE SHENG ON 6/11/2022 INFORMING THE CASE IS IN MOTION BUT CLARA RHODES SAYS THE CASE WAS BOTH OPENED AND CLOSED ON 6/8/2022 😕 . SEEMS THEY COULDN'T GET THERE STORY STRAIGHT. NO NEED FOR A STANDARD REPLY TO THIS REVIEW MORGAN AND MORGAN... JUST SHARING MY TRUTHFUL EXPERIENCE. This is the worst law firm in the city of Memphis I wouldn't let a city bus hit me and depend on them to get me compensated. If u do they Gon take every penny from you . Not from the people you sue .

I wouldn't recommend them. My 6 year old was attacked by a dog we won the settlement in court in April of last year and Noone has any information now about where the settlement went and they absolutely will not answer their phones . Tennessee is the worse law firm and I'm having to hire another lawyer to go after a 150k settlement they stole from us and it's ridiculous to run a firm and be so crooked!
