These ppl did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help my mom when she was injured. They continued for months to give her the run around. When we went to the firm to speak with someone an African American Lady was so disrespectful distasteful and helpless to my mom. My mom removed Morgan and Morgan from her case got a great lawyer out of Mississippi and has now won her case. Stop advertising greatness when you do poor quality work .

I have not received any phone calls since 2023. Then I received a voicemail saying please contact us or we will start the withdrawal process. I called back to express the difficulty I’ve had with the firm. The woman Arina, hung up once I voiced my displeasure. I did not agree nor was a disclaimer given if the call was being recorded.I have been diagnosed with a disability and trying to seek help. This is not the way to go about it. I understand a business has to be run but this is not the way to do it. I’m sure the founder would not be happy about this.

Wouldn't represent me in an injury case & wouldn't tell me why and when I call back a few days later to discuss an arbitration they hung up on me & never returned my call... if I could give a 0 out of 5 I would do it

Lies, they don’t fight for you, they just simply don’t take your case if they feel like they can’t win instead of taking your case taking it to court to actually fight for you smh. Don’t even waste you time doing the consultation…..

This place is a godsend for the working class. My fiancé and I were in a very serious accident, at no fault of our own. We came into the turning lane, and we're hit head on by an on coming, speeding vehicle. My personal experience with Jacob bravo was hands down the best experience with an agent. I'm a mobile mechanic and am working non stop. I never answer my phone,however Mr. Bravo would not stop to get in contact with me via text and email. The convince alone is gold. My wife was hurt and was in and out of work. My injuries were minor but definitely there. I had to keep working until Mr bravo earned us in over $24,000 after taxes and fees. My family is going to be OK now. All thanks to Morgan and Morgan. But let's hear it for Jacob bravo for his tenacity!! Thank you sir!!
