Me and Mr. Ferguson had our first conversation back in November 2010. When it came time to really need his help in May 2015 he was there for me. Mr. Ferguson and his team of Attorneys and Paralegals are professional and sensitive to to their clients needs. I would recommend Mr. Ferguson to anyone that is needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. He is experienced and knows what he is doing. He takes the time to listen to his clients and does he research to do the best job that he can in defending his clients. During my experience with Mr. Ferguson when he defended me in court, it was unbelievable on how prepared he was and how he conducted himself during trial. He was electrifying. I would recommend anyone to hire Mr. Ferguson and his team. Outstanding and a job well done. Me and my family cannot thank Mr. Ferguson enough for his help. Thanks Mr. Ferguson.

This law firm is top notch and will go out of their way to make sure that you are treated well and with respect no matter what because it is their job to be your representation in court. I did my homework beforehand and even though they chargea premium for their services they did so because they get results and that's why they are so good at their job. I have no doubt that they will be of great assistance in my case, and they also have their own private investigation team as well a digital forensics teams which will be of big benefit to a lot of people in their cases. I will update this post more after I've had my day in court.

I am ambivalent about this law firm. The reason for the ambivalence: I never had the same attorney to appear for court. My initial attorney, McNeil was/is awesome. He communicated with me, very empathetic. Awesome!! However, Atty Ferguson was a polar experience, appeared to be insensitive. Since, I have never been in trouble with then law before, I was overwhelmed, confused about how the system works. Atty Ferguson made decisions without explaining anything to me. When I attempted to inquire, he was dismissive, no empathy. On the other hand, Atty McNeil walked me through every step. So, I highly recommend Atty McNeil. Overall, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If there were a zero star option, that would be more appropriate. This goes back several years ago to a time when I lived in Cordova, TN. I had a single car accident and ran into a church electric brick scrolling sign. I called Mr Ferguson the morning of the accident and he immediately requested I wire him $500. I did so upon his request. Meanwhile my vehicle was towed to the Police impound lot. During the next month I moved back to East TN and advised my attorney accordingly. The lender and title holder on my car soon began asking for the monthly payment. I advised the lender of the accident and provided my attorney's information with the hope he could assist with getting the insurance adjuster access to the vehicle. Meanwhile I kept calling my lawyer for updates on my case but he never seemed to care or provide any information. My lender continued to contact me over and over regarding payment. I again advised of the situation, that my hands were tied until the insurance adjuster had access to the car. Finally my attorney advises me to come back to Memphis for my court date...so I drive from Knoxville all the way to Memphis in good spirits hoping the nightmare was almost over. Little did i know my attorney never even had me on the docket for the court hearing. He pitifully tried to squeeze me in toward the end of the day (mind you I had arrived per instruction at the courthouse in downtown Memphis at 8am, it was now 4pm!) Well the lady judge made a complete fool out of Mr Ferguson telling him he could not simply add a case to the docket at the end of the day when no other requests ever existed. It was finally then I realized I had been had and that ABSOLUTELY ZERO work or attention had ever been given my case. He even asked if I could stay another day and be at courthouse again the next day, I was mortified and advised I had to work the next day and had already used one day to travel to memphis. That was the last i ever heard from this so called attorney. After several more months the insurance adjuster was finally allowed to view my car at the impound lot where it had remained exposed to the elements with the sunroof down. It was beyond any recognizable condition and the insurance payout was vastly diminished leaving me awash in debt due to the inadequate amount. While this was a devastating life altering event for me i doubt Mr Ferguson even has the slightest bit of recollection nevermind the tiniest bit empathy at the damage his incompetence cost me both financially and emotionally. So, "no" I could not recommend this attorney as counsel. RESPONSE TO OWNER Typical response from you sir. Were you not "The DUI" attorney as you advertised yourself Mr Ferguson. I most certainly did provide you a $500 payment upon your request, whether it was wired or card information was provided over the phone is irrelevant, you sir took the money, my money. I Never said you handled insurance cases, but you were supposed to represent me for the accident I had. I had advised you there might have been alcohol involved and that's when you requested payment for your "representation" ...to call me mentally ill or crazy for simply posting my review of your services sir is quite unprofessional, however, not shocking in the least bit. My story is accurate as written and is an honest portrayal of what occurred. Unfortunately Mr Ferguson chooses to take the low road and make unfounded claims of mental illness, very disturbing someone of authority (a licensed attorney) would make such rash accusations against a former client for simply posting his review of services, in this case not received.

I have no bad things to say about this law firm. It took me forever to come across a good law firm. This one has off the roof reviews👍🏾🙌🏾. Had my mom call them about my little brothers case jalen brown. She said they sounded great on the phone and very respectful. Just waiting to see if they will take the case. Very serious matter. WE NEED YOUR HELP!! We have been misrepresented in a case. All we need is help and some answers.

Mr. McNeal helped us so much. He represented my son on an arson charge, and was very willing to try every angle with the judge to get the best help for my son, at the same time try for as little jail time as possible. He's very approachable and aggressive at the same time.

I was falsely accused of a crime and John and Hayden were great!!! They were so kind and handled my case with professionalism. Words can't describe how grateful I am!
