For the last ten years, Mr Ferguson has been my safety net for any legal matter that has came my way, I swear by this firm. If he can't handle the case he send me to someone that is just as Affordable, Efficient and Dependable as they are, I'm in patient they all be patient with me. Thank y'all so much and I don't know what I would do mentally without y'all.

Mr. Ferguson did a great job for me with my case he turnt a felony into a misdemeanor and I ended up on diversion for a year to clean my record. He answered all my problems. If I needed anything he was there at a drop of a dime. This is no lie its for real. I shouldn’t need a lawyer again in the near future hopefully, but I will keep him on my speed dial for anyone who does. Oh yeah he will work with you for your payments so y’all need to give him a shot if you need a lawyer because he’s a damn good one.

The office people are professional and friendly. Mr. Hayden Lawyer was my attorney and he kept me up to speed on every step and made sure I knew (and understood) what was going on. Got a dismissal and an expungement in the end.

Paid $10,000 in the hole to plead guilty i could have done better defending myself still paying for it Straight up crooks gave one star because they would not let me give less threatend to let me go to jail if I didn't pay him at the moment good luck if you use this hustler 5,000 to the law firm 5,000 to court fees and fines one year probation two classes that I had to pay for 24hrs com. service and no licence. my only choices were go to jail for a month and fight it or plead guilty so i had to plead guilty.

Complicated Concurrent Cases Short version: ***When working/talking with attorney John McNeil there was never any issue with feeling judged or discouraged. There was always timely communication, meetings, new information, and follow up’s post court dates. He responded to my questions and presented all information, leaving me without questions or concerns related to his knowledge and attention to each case. I would highly recommend this office and their services. Longer version: Hiring a lawyer for someone when you’ve never been in any trouble yourself is daunting to say the least. Will the attorney judge the situation, client, myself? Will they take advantage of my ignorance and inexperience? How will I know if they are actually good or just like a ‘car salesman’? The client had a very complex case with two current cases in Shelby county, a hold in MS, and then later complicated by a new hold and transfer for federal charges. This wouldn’t be a 100% honest review if I didn’t admit it took a couple days to originally hear back from the office (I recommend using their online inquiry instead of calling, it seems the electronic paper trail works best); but in those couple of days calling around to many other attorneys some referred me back to this office while others seemed to be judgmental and discouraging (maybe trying to make me feel desperate for their services). ***When working/talking with attorney John McNeil there was never any issue with feeling judged or discouraged.
