person who answers phone is beyond RUDE, does not help with any questions nor does she want to, WILL NOT let you talk to anyone else, has NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is about!!!!!!!

They were great. I went to another law firm first but I felt like they didn't listen to me at all. Mr. Hurst was much better. He answered all of my questions and gave me good advice. The rest of the staff was very good too.

The front desk staff was nice but when I met with a female attorney and Mr Hurst neither one listened to any of the questions I had asked. I went to another law firm to handle my needs. I wouldn't recommend this law firm.

The Receptionist at the Law Office could not in any way possible Appreciate the BUSINESS THAT WE AS CLIENTS BRING TO THE OFFICE.IF I WERE MR. HURT I'D FIRE BOTH OF THEM THEY HAVE THE UGLIEST RUDEST ATTITUDES. IF THEIR NOT HAPPY WITH THE JOBS THE LAW OFFICE GIVE THEM THEN LEAVE WE'D BE A LOT HAPPIER AS CLIENTS.
