Mr. Hurst and his staff were very polite and professional. I was nervous because I've never dealt with a lawyer before and I didn't want to have to file bankruptcy. He explained all of my options in a way that was easy to understand and I left our meeting feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

I can’t say anything negative about Hurt’s Law Firm, but I can say that the lawyer, Ms. Shirley, who represented me was rude, impersonal and didn’t follow due process in her representation of my case. It’s just insulting to me as a human being and a consumer that when paying for a service that you are treated with no value. Filing bankruptcy is not a free service, you pay for a lawyer to look out for your best interest, especially when you as a customer is keeping up you end.
