Mr. Working is fantastic lawyer, but just as importantly he is a good person who cares about his clients. I never felt rushed or judged-- he takes time to listen to your questions and seems to really understand how frightening and overwhelming the justice system can be. He was comforting and helpful, and made a difficult time much easier. I will always be grateful for how he helped my family, and I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

The Best Attorney I've ever met...

Mike Working is an amazing attorney. He was able to get my husband out of 9 felony's ! He was willing to go to trial and fight the charges because the prosecutor wouldn't offer a sensible deal. Most attorneys are afraid to go to trial, but Mr.Working was very confident. He is also very straight-forward, he doesn't sugar coat anything and that is a rare quality now and something I really appreciate. I would recommend him to anyone facing the stress of a criminal charge! After sitting down and discussing your case, you will sleep a lot better knowing you have him in your corner. I took a contract to him to review and get recommendations on the next step before signing. He was knowledgeable and took time to educate me on the different parts of the contract and areas that needed to be more detailed. He was fair and thorough but did not use complicated legal speak. He reviewed the parts of the contract that are to protect me and the parts that protect the other party and was proactive and recommended getting mediation added before there is a need for it. He was honest and listened carefully to my questions and concerns.

Coolest lawyer 😎 it’s just in and out

This is one of if not the best lawyer in Memphis. He saved me from going to jail for years. This allowed me to keep my job, marriage, and be in my kids lives. He has my respect for life. He tells it how it is and will fight to keep you out of jail. He has gotten 3 people off death row. Someone wrongfully convicted out of jail after 10 years by an Alford Plea. He got a someone 3 years probation for a murder charge because they only had circumstantial evidence. He works legal miracles. He is your guy if you or someone you know is in trouble. He is also an avid blues lover and always has shoes with blue suede, which is awesome to me.

We went to see Mr. Working on the recommendation of one of his current clients, and were very impressed! He is extremely intelligent and genuine. Mr. Working is an all around great guy! He is very knowledgeable about the law and the people involved in legal proceedings. We went to see him, because my mother-in-law had been arrested in Memphis on a fugitive of justice warrant out of MO during a routine traffic stop. We were able to get her out of jail, but she had to be back in court a week later with a lawyer and proof that she turned herself in on the warrant in MO. Mr. Working knew exactly what needed to be done. He took on the case and handled it all with smooth professionalism. I only wish he was licensed in MO, because I am confident that he would be the best person to help my mother-in-law prove her innocence.
