I found Mr. Working from looking on the internet for an attorney to handle a DUI. I needed an attorney the next day to appear in court with my son. He was able to handle the case the next day and followed it through to the end. We got a very positive conclusion. I highly recommend Mr. Working and his staff, very efficient and professional.

My first meeting with Mr. Working was on a Sunday afternoon, this man never sleeps! Anyway, I was arrested for a misdemeanor charge, and wasn't sure he would even take my case. He treated my case with seriousness and concern, as much as he would for a murder or robbery case. He was able to get my case expunged completely, which is unheard of historically with this particular company that was prosecuting. He charged me less than other attorneys in the area quoted me, but delivered two to three times the level of service. He called when he said he would call, he showed up when he said he would show up, and he came through for me when he said he would. He's got the know-how, he's got the drive, he's got the willingness and he's got the contacts. In this business, it's about experience in the Memphis courts and Mr. Working knows the right people. If he can't win your case, no one can. Call him first and don't waste your time with the others. Oh, and he wears hats. I love an attorney in a hat, makes me think I'm in a John Grisham novel.

Everybody has advice during a divorce. He was the third attorney i consulted, in an effort to walk the shortest bed of coals possible; was not disappointed. Mike is calm, patient, very knowledgeable in this area and just plain smart. He couldn't return my initial call until the evening, but, even at the end of a long day, listened patiently and was very engaged.
