I hired Mark McDaniel Jr. and could not be happier that I did. He was genuine and professional from the very start. I've never had to hire an attorney before but just from speaking with him during the free consultation, I knew I could trust him with my case, and I wasn't wrong. He is/was ethical and never over-promised anything. My case was dismissed, I paid zero court fees, and this case will be expunged from my record, all thanks to this fantastic attorney. I feel like I can breathe again. I promise you this -- the McDaniel Family is a family you want in your corner. My experience with the McDaniel firm was nothing short of amazing! From day one, they made me feel welcomed like I was family. They never once made me feel like I just “hired” them! Mark Jr represented me in Memphis traffic with a very favorable result of dismissal. He delivered as promised without any complications. It was difficult to retain legal representation not knowing anyone to advise on firms 600 miles away. After interviewing multiple firms, Mark Jr was chosen based on his honest and direct responses to all my questions. He responded each time he was contacted and made the court date promptly. I believe he has a level on credibility in the Memphis court system to achieve what he states should be the outcome after review of the case information I supplied to him. The fee charged was reasonable and worth the result. Not having to travel back to Memphis was a plus. As a single mother, I made a natural-human driving error, that could have easily been construed as a huge life mistake. I received a rather scary charge. I knew I had to make my next life decision very well thought out. The thought of serving more time for a charge that I wasn’t guilty of scared me deeply; however, it still could’ve been easily lost. This left me with anxieties and sleeplessness for months. What would my child do without her mother? I spent a bit of time interviewing other attorneys. So, I undoubtedly knew I had to choose an Attorney who would use all of their skills to fight for me. Having met the McDaniel family previously, I knew they are great people, who believe in and love their life’s work. I reached out to Mark Jr., as most of us have a “gut”feeling, of which we hope we can trust, mine told me rather clearly, trust the McDaniels & that is just what I did. I will try to make this a quick narrative of the lengths Mark Jr., Mark Sr., & Mrs. Kim went thru to fight for me. To begin, Mark Jr. requested all video footage from the officers that were involved in any capacity at the time of my arrest. These videos came back very discombobulated, slow to load(in fact they were not viewable without a special program, they had to request them more than once), once that was settled, they spent hours viewing these THE entire weekend before my court date as they just barely came in on time the Friday before. In fact, they did find at least one discrepancy within the officer’s report when compared to videos by their tireless viewing. Nevertheless, it showed there’s always more than one side. I will fast forward 8 months. Mark Jr., Mark Sr., and most definitely NOT least, Mrs. Kim researched all side effects of my daily prescriptions, knew my mental, medical & surgical history from top to bottom. I didn’t pay extra for this care. I paid the same as any other client. Mark McDaniel Jr and family are a well working machine, they are family, they know one another’s thoughts, next move, needs, cares, and concerns. They are able to resolve each another’s “what-if” scenarios before they are even brought to the table. They are a team in every sense of the term & that my fellows, will make or break a case. My case could have easily become a file on a table of 50 other DUI cases to never be touched again until the day of court and quite honestly, I’m sure it was a file amongst many other DUI cases, but within each of those 50 other cases the McDaniels would’ve worked just as scrupulously; putting in the same effort, time, care, for-thought, professionalism, and constant communication when I or you need the extra support. Thankfully, I did get my day in court under the care of a trustworthy team and my DUI was dismissed. I received probation, under a different charge, which is a major win. As it is known DUI cases are quite difficult to win, especially second DUI’s. I pray I only meet the McDaniel’s again walking past one another or when I swing by to say “Hello, I am just passing thru, thank you all, hope you’re doing well” Thankfully, instead of spending at the least 120 days incarcerated. I will spend those with my daughter, celebrating what’s important in this life, family. Thank you Mark McDaniel Jr. and Family, they know this all too well.

Very professional. Mr. McDaniel has always showed up in person for my mother's case and handled it himself. Very quick to be respond to all of my questions. Even if he didn't know the answer right away, he found out. He kept up with my mother and always informed her early of any court dates. Handled it quick and explained any and all available options. Will highly recommend.
