From the start, Mark McDaniel had been nothing less than great. He listened, evaluated, and gave me the best direction in resolving my situation. My daughter got a speeding ticket. A lawyer friend recommended Mark McDaniel. I spoke to Kim and expressed to her my concern about our insurance going up and also points that may be added to my daughter's driving record. Kim reassured me that this was something they could handle. I sent a picture of the ticket. They took care of the rest. I did not have to appear in court. They kept me up to date through out the whole process. My daughter's ticket was dismissed with no court costs. Best money I've ever spent.

I got myself a simple assault charge which was about to turn ugly. Because, I had never been in any trouble before, I was scared out my mind. i was visiting the Memphis area and was cited with a traffic violation. Being from out of town, I hired Mark McDaniel as my attorney. He was nice, helpful, and was very straightforward with me from the beginning. His services are exceptional for the cost that is charged. The McDaniel Law firm could not have done a better job with my case. My case was resolved in a timely manner. Better than that, Mr. McDaniel made himself available to me, answering all my questions. In the court room he seemed to have good report with members of the staff, from the sheriffs and clerks all the way up to the judge. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
