I was looking for an attorney to represent my son, I contacted McDaniel law firm after an exhaustive internet search. I spoke with Kim regarding my son's case. She was so kind, patient and very understanding and honest. She connected me with Mark Jr., needless to say I was very impressed with Mark Jr. He represented my son and kept me informed in every detail regarding my son's case. Mark Jr., kept me informed during the the court proceedings for my son. I enjoyed working with him.

I have never been in trouble where I’ve needed a lawyer, but I couldn’t have asked or guided to the McDaniels, mrs. Kim really helped me with every question and their son was extremely honest about the judge and what he was like before we went into the court room. They were able to get this off of my record! Appreciate their time and how much they cared!

I would like to personally thank Mr. Mark S. McDaniel for his help. I have a CDL, and was issued a citation. Being 130 miles away, was going to be a challenge to get this taken care of. Mark S Mcdaniel Sr and his son Mark S Mcdaniel Jr are amazing at there craft my wife and I was in a bad situation and they took my case and made it look easy they only had me as a client for a few days but they treated me like family and push hard to fight for my freedom and it’s wasnt just about the money with them they genuinely care for they client and will not let up till you’re free if you have any legal trouble and need one of the best to defend you in court give them a call I promise they will not let you down !!!!!!!

I highly recommend the McDaniel Law Firm if you need legal help. Everybody in the firm is very professional, and it's very easy to communicate with them. The first call I made to the firm was missed, but they called me back quickly while I was still leaving a message!
