Mr. Mark McDaniel and his son, Mark Jr. are excellent attorney’s! Kim is a wonderful law assistant that works with them. They are very responsive to calls and will answer the phone day or night. They are quick to respond and will get you the best possible deal there is. They have a very reputable name and business, and know the system and the appropriate contacts within the system. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this law firm. You will not be disappointed. You will know you are being taken care of.

I sent an online request to schedule a consultation in the middle of the night, because I couldn't sleep so worried about my situation. It was immediately replied to at 6:30 am the next morning. Not only are they prompt, but dreading the possible negative phone conversation I was about to have was pointless. Their extensive knowledge, family value, and personal comfort given are all immeasurable in comparison to other firms. They should have a 10 star rating. Highly recommend

I was in a very scary situation when I had gotten charged with a serious domestic felony. I had never been on the other side of the law and didn’t know what to do, all from a false police report that was made against me. I can say it was meant for me to call Mr. McDaniel, because him and his family (Mrs. Kim and Mr. Mark Jr) were with me every step of the way during this long process. They really made me feel like family and were very fair. Long story short, the McDaniel Law Firm got my case dismissed and my charges expunged. I’m so grateful to have met them.
