I am so glad I decided to go with Attorney Alicia Howard! She was kind and caring. It wasn’t just about money with her, she is relatable and understanding. She handled modifying my parenting plan which should have been done with the first lawyer I had. I hate I didn’t use her for my divorce in the beginning because she could have save me a lot of time and money. I really appreciated how responsive she was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know.

In November 2018, she was issued an informal warning from Tennessee Bar Association. I regret reading her online profile, more importantly, I would not recommend her services to anyone.

It is all about money with Alicia Howard. She is not engaging with her clients, late for court hearings and not prepared when she arrives to court. She is very unorganized and unprofessional. Be careful when asking questions regarding next steps on your case as she will become very defensive.

When trying to ask general questions about a future case for my boyfriend on his behalf the attorney asked with an attitude and why are you calling instead of you’re boyfriend and was told to call back in 20 mins , once I called back no one answered . She was very unprofessional and rude . This did NOT happen when I called over companies with the same questions on his behalf.
