The whole Apperson Crump team in Southaven was amazing. They are doing everything in their power to serve their customers. The communication before closing 5 starts. The greeting we received when we arrived at closing 5 stars. The thorough explanation of closing docs 5 stars.
This team is what every business should model themselves off of, they have it figured out.

Dana & the team here are amazing. Aside from just handling normal transactions, Dana dropped everything on the morning of a seller auction date to help get a settlement statement drafted to submit to the lender to help us postpone the auction & save this seller from foreclosure. Having a great team is important, but having a team that actually cares is paramount! Thanks Apperson Crump!

I had the BEST experience! Morgan made sure I had everything I needed for closing on my commercial property. She went over and above to make sure that I had everything completed before I moved out of town with just a few days notice. Kelly was super helpful with drafting extra unforeseen documentation that was required for the sale. This team made sure this process was effortless on my part. I can honestly say if I ever have future needs I will call Morgan first! Thanks for all the hard work ladies!!
