I have used Yancey Belcher on two probate cases and one personal injury car wreck, He and his staff have been very thorough and helpful in every case.

I was injured in a car accident in 2016 when a driver hit me from rear. The night of the accident , I felt excruciating pain in my lower back and neck. I took some over the counter pain medications over the next few days providing me only with temporary relief. I had trouble sitting, doing any kind of activity, even had trouble doing simple things Realizing the pain could be potentially be a long term issue, I decided to do some research and came across the The Law Office Of Yancy Belcher spoke to Yancey Belcher and was very impressed with him right away. Mr belcher is a very sophisticated person and went to one of the nicest law schools in the country. He advised me to get medical attention right away for my injuries, which I did. The doctor advised PT and also prescribed pain medication. I was in PT for approx. 2 months and it did provide some relief at first but the pain did not completely go away. An MRI revealed herniated discs resulting from the accident. Throughout the process the insurance company was unresponsive (what else can you expect from them) and made me jump through hoops to approve the medical treatment I needed but Yancy belcher was very diligent and stayed on top of my case throughout the process. Any questions I had were always promptly answered by Yancy , even on the weekends. I want to also express my special thanks to Jacky , the paralegal, who is a joy to work with.what a amazing personality Yancy has extraordinary presence and great knack in dealing with opposing counsel which was evident during my deposition. This will serve you well if your case ever goes to trial. He will also not settle early until you have treated for all your injuries. My case did settle about 2 years after the accident, a few days before arbitration. Yancy was instrumental in getting the maximum compensation through his extraordinary negotiating skills.
