I was charged with a DUI by consent. At the time of my charge, I did not realize that DUI by consent is just as bad as a real DUI. The both hold the same consequences: public service, jail time, court fees, probation, and suspension of your drivers licenses. I have been in and out of trouble since I was 18 years old. I have had public defenders, lawyers who charged a minimal amount and boy do you get what you pay for. On several occasions I was not guilty but listened to these attorneys and before I knew it I had several misdemeanors and 2 DUI's in cases where there was little to no evidence. I had not gotten into trouble for 5 years when I got charged with another DUI once again there was actually evidence to prove that I was in the passenger seat and not behind the wheel. I would have to say that Rob McKinney is the lawyer for any situation that you are facing. Throughout my case he helped with relieving the stress I was experiencing and help to put my mind at ease. There were many questions I had and he answered them all for me which made me feel more confident in going to court. He helped me to understand that he was going to do everything in his power to make sure my case was taken care of. It was the best call I could have made and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is seeking help.

All I can say is when you're faced with a nightmare, Rob is a dream come true. He was recommended to me by many, and I'm so thankful I took their advice. I was in Nashville for a company sponsored event, events escalated with the hotel security, I ended up chest bumping one of the guards and got arrested for assault. When I first spoke with Mr. McKinney, he was VERY confident that the charges would be dismissed and expunged off my record. After a couple days went by, my wife had been doing some research online and found that I could end up spending up to a year in prison for this. We still had 6 days until my court date to stress out over this. We called Mr. McKinney to see what the chances of this happening were. He said, NO CHANCE at all!
