I had always heard about how AMAZING Rob McKinney was from multiple friends of mine but I never knew exactly what that meant until recently. My younger brother got into a pretty tough situation because of adolescent immaturity that risked everything including his recent enlistment into the ARMY. My Family and I had no idea what to do, we knew we needed a lawyer and only wanted someone we could trust. After speaking with multiple past clients of Rob's and all of them saying that he could help us out we decided to meet with him and BOY did he help us out!!!! There were multiple things that Rob had to do for this charge. 1st he had to get the court date moved, as my brother was scheduled to leave for the military at the 1st of the year. 2nd (And most important) we needed all charges to be minimized so that it would not affect his enlistment. Well ROB DID ALL OF THIS and more!!! We not only got out court date moved a month ahead of time but Rob was able to get his charge COMPLETELY DISMISSED and Expunged. We are so THANKFUL and BLESSED that Rob is the attorney that he is! He was so real and down to earth with us and my brother. He always worked to get this charge completely removed and even corrected myself when I told him, " we would be okay with a misdemeanor" ....He quickly responded that HE will not be happy with that and that he will work to get all of this dismissed! Charged w/ felony assault & misdemeanor domestic violence, I went online reading reviews about attorneys in Nashville. After reading Robs reviews, I set up an appt w/ him. By the time we met face to face, he had already reviewed my case and said he felt like he could help me. He listened intently as I told him my 30 min story of events from 'that' night. His expectations (knock on wood) after hearing what I had to say were that we would go to court only 1 time and he would have the charges dismissed allowing him to expunge my record. "Don't worry, I'll get you out of this." What else can you ask for out of a 1st consultation right? So of course I hired him (at a very reasonable price considering the circumstances). And as expected, we went to court and he got all of the charges dismissed. No additional fees or court costs! Because Rob Mckinney took the time to asses my case and pinpoint a mistake on the part of the officer who pulled me over, he was able to get my D.U.I charge dropped to a Reckless Driving conviction. He acquired the video of my arrest and was able to note that the officer wasn't paying attention during my observation period before the breathalyzer. I was able to keep my license and I didn't have to give up my job. During my case, he laid everything out on the table for me, answered all my questions and also kept me posted in the courtroom.
