Mr. McKinney has completely surpassed my expectations. I've never been in trouble in my life, but recently, I was a victim of "wrong place at the wrong time." As soon as this incident took place, I heard from a friend that he is the best lawyer in Nashville, and this is absolutely the truth. After getting into the courtroom, Mr. McKinney had the case dismissed and off of my record in five minutes. I just finished college and having anything on my record would have been devastating. Typically, dealing with cases such as mine are a real pain. However, Mr. Rob literally made the whole process easy for me. Hopefully, I will never have to go through anything like this again. However, if I do, I guarantee you that Rob McKinney WILL, without any doubts, be my attorney. Thank you again for everything Mr. Rob. I was charged with a DUI by consent. At the time of my charge, I did not realize that DUI by consent is just as bad as a real DUI. The both hold the same consequences: public service, jail time, court fees, probation, and suspension of your drivers licenses. I have been in and out of trouble since I was 18 years old. I have had public defenders, lawyers who charged a minimal amount and boy do you get what you pay for. On several occasions I was not guilty but listened to these attorneys and before I knew it I had several misdemeanors and 2 DUI's in cases where there was little to no evidence. I had not gotten into trouble for 5 years when I got charged with another DUI once again there was actually evidence to prove that I was in the passenger seat and not behind the wheel. I found Rob's name and went to see him and he treated me like family, he was very kind and I didn't feel like a second class citizen. I would have to say that Rob McKinney is the lawyer for any situation that you are facing. Throughout my case he helped with relieving the stress I was experiencing and help to put my mind at ease. There were many questions I had and he answered them all for me which made me feel more confident in going to court. He helped me to understand that he was going to do everything in his power to make sure my case was taken care of. It was the best call I could have made and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is seeking help.

All I can say is when you're faced with a nightmare, Rob is a dream come true. He was recommended to me by many, and I'm so thankful I took their advice.
