I had always heard about how AMAZING Rob McKinney was from multiple friends of mine but I never knew exactly what that meant until recently. My younger brother got into a pretty tough situation because of adolescent immaturity that risked everything including his recent enlistment into the ARMY. My Family and I had no idea what to do, we knew we needed a lawyer and only wanted someone we could trust. After speaking with multiple past clients of Rob's and all of them saying that he could help us out we decided to meet with him and BOY did he help us out!!!! There were multiple things that Rob had to do for this charge. 1st he had to get the court date moved, as my brother was scheduled to leave for the military at the 1st of the year. 2nd (And most important) we needed all charges to be minimized so that it would not affect his enlistment. Well ROB DID ALL OF THIS and more!!! We not only got out court date moved a month ahead of time but Rob was able to get his charge COMPLETELY DISMISSED and Expunged. We are so THANKFUL and BLESSED that Rob is the attorney that he is! He was so real and down to earth with us and my brother. He always worked to get this charge completely removed and even corrected myself when I told him, " we would be okay with a misdemeanor" ....He quickly responded that HE will not be happy with that and that he will work to get all of this dismissed! Well he did just that and I do not think I will ever doubt him again!!! Thank you Rob from the bottom of my heart and I know my family is completely thankful for you as well!! You have gained a whole family as a client!!

I found myself in a position I could never have even imagined and was probably in a state of shock when I entered Rob McKinney's office for the first time. His compassion and concern are real and he connected to me in a way that instilled my trust in him and proved that he was worthy of that trust. If you EVER find yourself in a situation needing solid legal advice from someone who knows the legal system inside and out and do not know where to turn, turn to Rob McKinney. He will become your champion as he did for me. He will be responsive to your needs, no matter how small or trivial they may seem If he tells you he will do something, he will. He walked me through the legal situation I found myself in a step at a time, explaining as we went what would happen, when it would happen and what the outcomes would be. He was correct on all counts. I put my life and livelihood in this man's hands and never doubted him for a moment. Rob McKinney delivered on all his promises. I cannot imagine entrusting my legal situation to anyone else. I quickly discovered that he is highly regarded by his peers and the legal community in general. His reputation of being credible, knowledgeable, and compassionate are well-established and well-earned. From first-hand experience with this man, I can unequivocally and with no reservations highly recommend Rob McKinney as the best of the best at what he does. If you are reading this and considering hiring him as your attorney, call him now. Don't hesitate. I can promise you will not be disappointed. He restored my life and my sanity. He protected me professionally and because of his actions, I kept the job I so dearly love and moved forward with my life.
