Rob McKinney is rock solid. His advise is sound and he considers all the angles. He knows the law. He's is very professional and has a great "bedside" manner. If anyone I know needs an attorney I'll always recommend Rob!

Eight years and four months ago, I walked into Rob McKinney’s office a broken woman. My life had been turned upside down. I fell asleep at the wheel and woke up into a nightmare. From the day he agreed to take on my case, Mr. Mckinney told me he would take care of it. He certainly did. Not knowing how the legal system in Nashville works I feared my case didn't have a chance. I hired him to handle a law suit for me due to a fire where I sustained injuries and he caused me to lose out on the case because he quit after four years because he was not going to get as much money as he wanted and his legal assistant was telling him one thing and me another then no one would take the case after he quit.very disappointed...

Rob is not only a GREAT criminal attorney but he is a friend, as well. Went to Court with my son this morning and Rob did an amazing job!! My son had multiple charges and Rob got them reduced down and my son and I were very pleased with the outcome!! So, if you, a friend or a family member need and want the BEST criminal attorney around, call Rob McKinney and you won't be sorry!!!!!

I scheduled a meeting a month in advance, asked off work 2 weeks in advance, and was told the day of that "something had came up". The receptionist was cordial, however she acted as though this was no big deal. If I can't depend on you to meet with a months notice, how can I depend on you in court? I would not recommend the Law Offices of Rob McKinney to anyone I cared about. I am highly disappointed in how the situation was handled.

I highly recommend Rob McKinnney. Each member of Mr. McKinney's staff is a professional, dependable and conscientious team player. Phone calls and concerns are addressed immediately, which is extremely reassuring. Mr. McKinney is honest, forthright, easy to deal with. He is simply the best at what he does---and his success rate proves it!

He is a scammer, he was paid $1000.00 and he never showed up. My friends probation officer have to show up and take care of business because he did not do what he was paid for. After she made the payment he never answered her call nor did he show up for court this man needs to be turned into the Better Business Burea. I would not recommend him at all for anyone I don't care how much the cost is he's not worth it a public defender is better than paying this man.
