I want to thank Rob and his helpful staff for understanding one screw-up should not ruin your life! Rob personally helped me get a DUI charge lowered to reckless driving keeping a DUI offense off my record. I also received probation instead of any jail time at all!! The only way I can describe Mr. McKinney is he's a magician. He approached my case in such a creative "outside-of-the-box" way that win or loose, it was a privilege to watch him work his "magic" in the courtroom. The verdict was "Not Guilty" in an impossible DUI jury trial. I just want to say that it was an honor to have you on my council Rob McKinney.

I was in deep with my 3rd DUI charge. Rob was able to get me a much lesser punishment than what the state wanted, especially being in Williamson County. After that he also assisted me with getting a probation violation dismissed. Rob was wonderful and helpful every step of the way, not only as my attorney but also as a friend.
