Two years ago while driving home from work, I was rear ended on I-40. I walked away from the accident so I felt thankful and thought that i was ready to move on with my life. However, I was diagnosed with a concussion. Mounting medical bills, car repairs, insurance deductibles and what seemed like really slow responses from the other driver's insurance company made me feel that I had no choice but to obtain a lawyer. I met with an attorney on Day 1 of my visit to Bart Durham's office. He listened to my recount of the events and said, "We can help you." He made copies of the bills, contacted them and advised me to continue my medical treatment. Their paralegal, Andrea K. is AMAZING. She routinely called to check on me, kept me updated with the details of my case and walked me through what would happen at the deposition. It took two years to settle my case but I don't think there is an attorney that could have handled it better than the team at Bart Durham's office. Most of us hope and pray that we will never need an attorney but it is a blessing to know that they are there to help if you need them. I highly recommend them.

Bart Durham’s office is fantastic. I love that they do so much for the community. I went to the Halloween open house that the office had last year. Everyone got really into it and it was an amazing event for the community.

My son was having a widow maker heart attack in the emergency room of a hospital and they refused to treat him. I called EMS to come and take him to another hospital and they refused to come and pick him up. Cardiologist said he lost a half day getting to the Cath lab. I called Bart Durham and they handed me off to some other attorney who refused my case but would not tell me why. So don't look for help with Bart Durham.

The paralegals and staff are prompt, professional, and personable. Excellent experience!
