Bart Durham has amazing employees! There is a fun office environment, but they still work very hard. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone that has been injured.

This office is full of some of the most hard-working individuals I have ever met. The paralegals, for example, work holidays and weekends to ensure that every client's case is up-to-date and getting the attention that it deserves. The attorneys are constantly communicating with the paralegals and the other staff members to make sure nothing is overlooked and that all of their clients are satisfied with the job being done on their case. This place is crap. I've been trying to get ahold of them for months now and they are either never there or tell me to leave a msg and they never call back told them we wanted to quit and then all of a sudden they have the money ready but it's 30,000 short of what they originally told me. Wouldn't recommend hiring them.

all thou the lawyer that had my case has died I brought what happen to my case by email about six month or so ago I felt the Durmans should know I tried and tried to get ahold of them but no one would let me. So I finally found a way to get ahold of the Durhams if I had known soon I would have done it sooner but this lawyer had my case and once he got money for the first part of my case he dropped me cause it wasn't good enough as far as making money I wasn't hit by a semi truck by the time I found another lawyer three months later it had been to long and I didn't even get enough to pay Dr bills I had knee replacements from the accident my back and nesk I have to get shots every 3 months I talked to Blair Durham and he told me that this lawyer had done this to ten other people I thought it was only right to get the money back Bob whitaker got since he messed up my case I am on disability now I am trying to raise my three grandkids its very hard. I don't know what happen to the other ten people he done this to but I have never heard back from Blair Durham he said he would talk to his dad about getting my money back never called me back I tried to call them several times and all they sent me to this women named pam and she never return phone calls this has angered me for a while I mean I bet they have money to pay there bills I cant even afford to take my grandkids to do anything because I don't have money all I get goes to bills,

I have had my case ongoing with these attorneys from Bart Durhams office for almost 2 years now. I was hit by a drunk driver over 2 years ago. I have had to pay medical expenses out of pocket! I hired this company to take care of this issue, yet I can't even get a return phone call. Very unprofessional! These attorneys are all about getting a settlement and not going to trial! This is only an opinion of a client still waiting after 2 YEARS! I WOULD NOT use this company ever again!!!!!
