The team at Bart Durham's office are wonderful! My husband suffered a TBI from a car accident and they came out to our house for the initial consultation. During the whole process, they stayed in touch and kept us updated. From beginning to end, Nikki was there, always answering our questions and tending to our concerns. So very thankful for this team and their willingness to help out and go the extra mile if needed. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was able to navigate through the process of the auto insurance company after speaking w/ the intake team at Bart's office when . They also reassured me that they would continue to follow up w/ me after our first initial phone call & that they did! And this is the reason I decided to go w/ their firm. They really do care about their clients & treat them w/ the kindness & compassion that is important for any business.
