Love the staff!

2 years and no progress been made just constantly told same thing over n over when it was a man under the influence who hit me and my family 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I wish I could say enough great things about my experience. They took what was a very scary moment and did all of the work. I signed a few papers and they took care of the rest. I was occasionally given status updates, and was never required to go to the office. This was all resolved remotely which was so convenient. The communication I had with Nikki was incredible! She reached out when it was necessary and was always very quick to respond and very empathetic to my situation. Aaron did an incredible job with my settlement. I was absolutely blown away. From calling after my wreck and speaking with intake, to every small thing the last eight months, the team I worked with did such an incredible job. I know that everyone knows Bart Durham for the commercials but the care, support, and professionalism I received gave me such a new perspective of this firm. 10/10 recommend!!!

It has been 8 months they toke my case and disappeared on me, I don’t even know where my case is at!!! A lady run the red light and hit me. Please avoid Bart Durham, it’s all a scam. I will update you here if I hear something from them.

Took in my case that a major insurance company took full liability for, had me sign a contract, and referred me to another lawyer that refused my case. I don’t know if they were paid to drop the case but something definitely happened and they refused to be honest and give a reason.
