They was not qualified for my incident

Not for the average person just the people that make them the most have much more to say but not worth my time definitely dont recommend

It has been almost a year since my accident. The first case manager gave no information. I had to get all my medical bills together for them and do just about everything myself. After threatening to go with another attorney they fired the case manager I had, finally started actually getting legal stuff done and was able to go to my dr appointments. We are now at the end, I have signed all the papers for my settlement, conveniently they revived my check but it was ripped and now will be 2 weeks till we get another one. At that time I’ll have to wait for them to process and them finally cut me a check. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother I should have just done this myself being I did most of the work to begin with.

Not happy with Morgan and Morgan. Over two years with them and as many as 4 different attorneys. They told me I would make a certain amount after we had negotiation with said party only to find out they thru in extra cost like color paper, medical records which anybody can get those for free. Instead we are getting $3k less and could have gotten more if we took it to trail. In the state of Tennessee law, insurance companies don't have to tell you how much is on their clients coverage. I hope I never have another wreck but if I do Morgan and Morgan will be the last place I go for attorney.
