I have had a case for about a year now spoke to my lawyer maybe twice still haven’t heard from them for like 3 months everytime I call there is no answer would not recommend them to anyone

I'm not satisfied with the time it's taking to address my concerns. So far I'm getting the run around from lots of different phone operators/paralegals. If you have the opportunity to get someone at a more expedited rate I'd suggest another route beyond Morgan and Morgan. Big firm = you being another number = they really don't care about serving you the consumer. Conclusion, horrible first impression, ground work started without assistance, no legal advice is provided without waiting (24-48 business hours), need someone and no one is there to help you in your most desperate time.

The company takes 40% of the settlement. And adds other charges (300 here 300 there). It took them 19 days to over night my check.

Horrible experience! I did a online form last week and then I received a call back. When I received my call back I spoke with a lady we were on the phone for 45 minutes and she wanted me to call the Social security office and get her some more information and I got her the information she needed. She was suppose to call me back at 1500 she never did. I didn’t receive a call back until next day and it was somebody else wanting to do the same thing I had already did with her and it was a language barrier with both I had to keep repeating the same thing over and over. The kicker was when the third guy called and asked if I had 45 minutes to an hour to do the same thing again. So I decided to go to a local lawyer since they had already wasted my time. What took them days to get done I got done with him in 30 minutes paperwork signed and he started on my case the same day. They called me this morning I answered and informed him about the customer service and that I have decided to go with a local lawyer and he wanted to know why and explained to him why I wouldn’t recommend this firm if you take your case serious.

I have just gotten off the phone with "Carol," a case supervisor. I have given everything that needs to be given to process a case.. medical. Since submitting the "request" 3 days ago, I've spoken to 5 different "customer service" phone agents, tho lovely, they are not helpful.. not are they knowledgeable. Unless you're looking to waste time talking with call centeragents, I would not recommend this company as you'd be much better off speaking with a local attorney.
