I spent 20 min explaining my horrific situation to a call center employee only to have her put me on hold for 45 seconds & return stating the firm determined they can’t take it? You can’t tell me someone reviewed an entire statement in less than a minute! I guess my situation wasn’t lucrative enough to warrant an attorney’s glance. So much for your “for the people” 😞

I am a single father of a 10 year old. His mother my life partner passed away last oct. I have been fighting to get my disability since march of 21. I was approved for my disability but they changed my disability date to sept of 22. Effectively this took away all my back time. I called Morgan and Morgan. They lady took my information and was going to have a member of the legal team talk to me. They sent her back with the message that they were really busy and couldn’t take my case. So much for fighting for the little guy. I guess my case wasn’t big enough.

I currently have them hired and it is an absolute nightmare poor communication . Ive had a referral to get into pain management for over a month and the case manager i have for workers comp is lazy yet nothing has been done lol.. poor poor poor im just trying to save everyone a headache having to go through what i am .. id definitely do my homework and read reviews before hireing anyone

I was served a subpoena by error by Shawn Cardwell. I’m not at all associated with his case. I sent an email and then tried to call. He answered his phone, breathed into the mic and hung up. Now he’s either blocked me or turned off his phone. I texted as well. No reply though either channel. Disgusting.

Haven't heard a word about my case in a month, I don't think she really cares about me or the case smh 🤦, I came to this firm for help because of a car wreck, lost my car for months 20k worth of damage, months of rehab, neck pain and headaches, a shoulder chest injury,(still dealing with the headaches and neck pain )burn marks and now I don't have a clue what's going on with this case! it seems like I've been in
