Absolutely the worst injury law firm that exists. They never give you any information regarding your case. You literally have to ask about any changes or proceeding with your case and on top of that you end up waiting days for a reply back from anyone in this firm. a complete joke of a law firm. Even with $100,000 injury bills, almost dying in a wreck and being miserable for months due to injuries that you did not cause, you’ll end up getting back less that $10K. What an amazing amount of compensation for an”army of lawyers that have gotten over One Billion Dollars” for their clients. Amazing and honestly pathetic. Do not go to this firm. They’re just “Tv Commercial lawyers” that make their cases sound good from word to mouth. They will do nothing but take money that you deserve and leave you with essentially nothing but pocket change compared to what you actually deserve for your case. The response back to this comment was easily the quickest response from this firm yet.

Absolute joke for law firm. Denies case without even getting information on the case! If you take auto accident cases then just say so! Don’t waste your time with these people, find someone else!! All they asked was, what state, what type of case (auto accident) and name. Then said “sorry we can’t help” when asked the reason was told “we probably don’t have an attorney” in your area. Yet they claim to travel across the US in their message on the phone! 🤔

Said they couldn't take my case refused to give me a reason why. even though its a winnable case. would NOT recommend if your not willing to hear what i have to say then you shouldn't even answer the phone at all.

I could not have had a worse experience with this firm. My paralegal went on FMLA and apparently no one else in the firm can return calls, answer emails or complaints, and then even when I physically went to the office, no one there could answer any questions and I had to wait until my paralegal returned from a six week absence to have any movement on my case at all. For the record, the case was already settled and I was waiting for my payout because they needed a receipt from a doctor that I paid in cash per visit and wasn’t claiming (of which I produced in a day when I found out) before they could pay out. On top of having to wait for that (which is not the fault of the paralegal as everyone is entitled to FMLA, but the fault of the company and their “army of lawyers” for not having anyone to deal with the cases in that person’s absence) I then had to wait an additional two months when the FMLA was over before I received what I was due, for unknown reasons. Maybe if you have a million dollar case instead of a 30,000 dollar one you would be treated differently but I can honestly say I’ve never been treated any less importantly than the treatment I got at Morgan and Morgan. No communication, no response, nothing. Like I didn’t exist and my problem was not theirs.
