Harold is amazing because he pairs his expertise with empathy and personal experience. He had an action plan from the very beginning and wasn't afraid to get aggressive when needed. He's communicative and responds within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him.

I called the law firm who was representing the client, I left a message and some got back with me by phone the next few days only because I missed there initial call. Emailing them was the best method and my emails always got payment. In the beginning i was able to choose and setup my payment plan amount online and as long as I made my payment on time I was in good standing. Then I lost my job and got behind on the payements They where understanding and worked with me on a payment plan and then a settlement offer that i had to change the initial due date for the payment and they understood. I didnt need to go to court becuase I paid settlement before court date. I almost forgot thank you for being kind, patience and understanding. I appericate youe help. Respectfully, Daleai .

Tara has been very helpful whenever we reach out for suspected late payment. Always willing and ready to help you stay out of trouble. I'll recommend this office for sure.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has got to be the most corrupt, dishonest, heartless person I have ever met. I had a payment arrangement for a bill and was paying faithfully every month for about 6 months. Sept, I hit a snag, and emailed for an extension. No one EVER contacted me in regards to that. Then unfortunately, I got super busy with work and oct flew by before I realized it, when I went to pay my bill at the beginning of Nov, he messaged and said it was going to garnishment. I advised him I had 3 months of payment, I could pay on Nov 17th, but he refused my money. I thought they were supposed to collect the money, not refuse it. This place is a joke and I would RUN. I kept all the emails too so I do have proof.

This firm has always helped me when I needed it. Tara and all the staff are very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and this firm.

Communication is not adequate

Do not make a payment plan with this firm they are horrible they made it too where I couldn’t make my payment online and never responded to the email and put a bank levy on my account and tried to garnish my check so go to your court date and make payment plan with the courts do not make a payment plan with this firm under any circumstances!!!
