Every time I call someone is picking up and hanging up. Can never get thru to anyone.

This firm is only interested in one thing and that is money. Even though people may have lost their jobs and going through hard times due to covid, they don't care about the clients. They feed on scaring innocent people. They have their own site to set up payments to force the payer to give out more information than they should. They charged me 4x the amount I owed and the court fees way before the court date. They do not work with you. We are on this earth for a short time. You cant take your money with you. It’s called GREED! Cant take that with you on your judgment day. Unless you want to go to a hot place.

They refused to work with me. I would leave zero stars if at all possible.

I was served papers. I have tried calling multiple times and emailing multiple times. No one ever responds. They don’t want to work with you at all. I’m filing bankruptcy and I just need more information. And if you try to call them before you get served, you won’t ever hear back. They want you to get served so that you can screwed in the end. Edit: I sent another email and left another message on voicemail. Their reply “We can’t give you any information on your account since you’ve retained an attorney.” I need the information to enter on the bankruptcy debt questionnaire. This. Place. Is. A. Joke.

No one in office. No one would answer phone. Two voice mails one quice and hung up the othe repeated over and over. Never use this company NEVER!!!!

I don’t want to even give this law office one star,they are a terrible business and people,missed two $100 payments and I am the one that put in my debit card to make payments on default account and they got into my checking account and took my whole check of $1200 for 2 missed payments of $200 because I was off for surgery,I called trying to get them to listen cause I have no money and how they could do that somebody,they only got smart and said they couldn’t help it due to my circumstances,everybody please send them to better business bureau.

The lawyer I worked with Rob went above and beyond to help me with my situation they have a job to do that’s not the best but if you’re willing to work with them they’ll work with you!

They are literally, the worst firm I’ve ever been involved with and I have a family of lawyers. I go to make a payment online and it is blocked, I call and they raised my contributions. Okay, I deal with that. I am off work due to COVID, then have emergency surgery in May. Early June, before my June payment is due, I go online to make a payment, blocked again. I call and call until I email and get a response. They are going to garnish me. Insane and noncompassionate. But since this is how they behave to people who actually want to make payments, I’d hate to see what happens to people who don’t.

Their phone number gives no way to speak to someone directly. Also have recieved a summons to court on a paid in full bill. Terrible company needs to lean some customer service.

The Hill Firm does a tremendous job. It cannot be easy, but they know the law and how to best help interpret next steps.
