Everyone is writing a review on these people is 100% correct I have been trying for 3 months to get ahold of these people. I call every single day and leave a message with no response. In the middle of all this I did get one email response telling me that they never got a phone call from me which is a lie. I get on their website I tried to contact them for payment arrangements every single day never hear anything from these people they're horrible whatever you have to do to stay the hell away from them do it.

I have been making payments on a debt through this legal office and they HAVE NOT been applying the payments to the debt. I did not know this until I received a notice of attempted garnishment by this office. However, they continued to take the payments that I make. Do yourselves a favor! If you have to have contact with this office, get a REAL lawyer. These people are CROOKS.

Been leaving messages for months with no return call how is someone suppose to resolve a matter if you don’t call them back. Bad business smh

This company is very unprofessional and rude!

Harold's firm is incredible and are extremely "on-it" whenever I have issues. They are my attorneys for any family matters I have for life. You cannot go wrong with their firm.

Never answers. Called 3 months in a row. Lady said case was under 30 review. Won’t accept payment plans or online payments. Very unprofessional. Low life lawyer.

I am editing my review from a few years ago. After getting in touch with the owner of the firm he helped get things turned around an he is providing good service and action on my rental property needs.

They levied my checking account.. Called and a lady answered she told me I sent you letter back in October just one letter and then bam my account is wiped out. It wasn't a certified letter, it wasn't anything served by a sheriff just a simple letter that they expected us to get and clearly we didnt. So when I called we were wanting to see if we could get some type of payment plan and she tells us that she can't speak to us about our case for 30 days because it's in review. Hello you took my ALL MY MONEY!! What do you mean you can't talk to me!!! We didn't have a day in court or anything just a single piece of paper in the mail... This has got to be illegal!! Unfortunately I can't hire my own attorney because they got all my money even my savings!!!!

Beware!! Zero stars!!! This place is the most unprofessional “business” I have ever seen!!! After losing my job I tried to email multiple times as well as call about making new arrangements. I never got a response and they Leveyed my bank account for everything I had! I again sent a email explaining my circumstances and wishing for a new plan and left unanswered. Today again my bank account has been drained and I can’t get a response! I am beyond disgusted with how this place handles their business!!!

These guys know how to get it done.

It's sad that I have to even put one star for this place. The attorney is unresponsive, and the staff appalling. Cynthia specifically. Don't expect to get anything out of her aside from being hung up on, lied to, spoken rudely to, and additionally slandered in regards to your personal matters that unfortunately have to involve this law firm. It's absolutely ridiculous that they are still in business.
