Nobody answers the phone, no voicemail set up, no reply to email. TERRIBLE!

STAY AWAY!

Met with the attorney at court and set up a payment plan and they didn't honor it. They put a Levy on my account and drained it. Won't return calls or emails. Worthless excexcuse for a business.

I was very happy as they exceeded my expectations. Anytime you are trying to search for an attorney can be painful. You think of all the expenses to hire counsel for representation. Well all the rates in the region are the same, but the Rushton law firm stood out! Here is why.... Instantly Harold and his team made me feel comfortable and safe. This was greatly appreciated as it was a difficult time and I had no knowledge about the process to come ahead. Harold did a spectacular job from the initial phone call I made to him. He was very eager to give me any and all information that I requested and additional information without any catch. He is fair and does not take up your time anymore than necessary, which saved me a lot of money in fees. He is well established, knows and understands the attorneys and judges in the areas he works in. He is full of knowledge and will tell you the god honest truth. I was always shocked each time I sent an email or made a phone call because he was always there with great communication. His reminders he sends out on important court appearances or to turn in a outstanding document were greatly appreciated. His office is conveniently located with open and free parking! No crazy traffic, no parking garages, no fees. I truly had a great experience. I loved how he was on top of everything l, which in return, made a lengthy court process very smooth, quick, and simple. I can say that I saved THOUSANDS because of this man and his office. I am forever grateful and cannot stress how great this experience was. I felt like an important family member of his and not just a client. He laughs and aches in pain with you. You are never alone and his door is always open. His line of communication, attention to detail, organization, superb knowledge of the laws, attorneys, and honorable judges is and continues to be astonishing. Please give this attorney 15 minutes of your time and have yourself either an in person consultation or do one over the phone. I’m certain you will not regret it and you too, will see how phenomenal he really is!

The lady that called me back was very rude I have been sending payments and some how the web site went wrong and wouldn't take the amount I had been sending so I agreed to the amount they ask for and it said I could pay biweekly so I didn't pay the next week so when I went to pay it the Friday it was due it said I couldn't so I called them and of course you can't ever talk to anyone they say they will call you back and they did after the second time I called and she was so so rude and says I didn't pay them which I did so be very careful they will not listen to you and they will treat you like a piece of trash.

Be careful of this place. Even if you make a payment agreement with them through the clerk's office, like you are supposed to, they will still levy your bank account, even if you don't miss a payment. They say its a "mistake" but they still went through the whole process of filing a levy and getting judge to sign off so not sure how they can "mistakenly" empty your account. They will not even respond to emails or voicemails. These ppl are evil. I asked three times for an itemized list of charges to make sure I wasnt seeing overcharged and they wont send it to you. I finally had the clerk call and ask and they told het they would email it to me but never did.
