Communication is not adequate

Do not make a payment plan with this firm they are horrible they made it too where I couldn’t make my payment online and never responded to the email and put a bank levy on my account and tried to garnish my check so go to your court date and make payment plan with the courts do not make a payment plan with this firm under any circumstances!!!

I called with a question on a payment and Tara was the sweetest baby and helped me and Jason more than once and is always so nice when we call absolutely love her

These people are evil incarnate. Unprofessional, never get back to you, and are absolutely soulless. Not to mention their paralegals - if you want to grant them grace enough with that title - are absolutely horrendous to interact with.

Have been trying to set up a payment plan for weeks, no response. Can NEVER get information past telling me to email to get a faster response which did nothing. Office says it’s open from 9-4, yet it’s almost ten on a weekday and the answering service says they are closed. I just wanna pay and be done with these people, why make it hard to do that?!

These people are rude.

No one likes to be contacted by a law firm. It’s scary and it’s an embarrassment. But,, the experience I have had with Hill Law Firm has been amazing. I have worked with Tara on an account that was a wage garnishment. She made me feel that what I had to say and how I felt mattered. She treated me with kindness and respect. This world is filled with so much hatred and it’s nice to have someone treat you with kindness. I appreciate Tara and everything she has done for me. She’s truly an asset to Hill Law Firm.

I know you should be able to call a place to contact them but if you can’t get ahold of them via phone, emailing them and speaking to Tara is the best way to get what you need done. She has worked with me every time I needed to make my payment late. Thank you for the understanding Tara!

Very poor service miss 1 $60 payment by accident now taking 25 percent of my pay tried to call several times was told they was to busy to speak with me not even a call back Very poor and dirty company sad they only think of themselves

To anyone having trouble that has a debt being taken care of by this law firm if you cannot get them to answer your calls number one only call and leave a message once because I was informed that every time you call them they put your message at the bottom of the list and I was told this by someone working for the firm and two if you're not getting a call back try calling the people that you actually owe the money to and explaining your situation to them telling them you are wanting to pay but can't get a hold of the firm and ask them to contact Hill law firm that's what I did and was able to get my problem solved

Mr. Hill is never available. He has a service who handles his calls. I told the attendant it was very important that I speak with him, and that Id also reached out via email. She then said if she sent the message (also sent via email), it would place me at the back of the line. She wasnt sure why. Further, he leaves no information w this service as to his schedule, or the best time to call. To date, communication w Mr. Hill is always very late, if at all.
