At the time Attorney Leigh’s name was recommended to me for my divorce, I had contacted some attorneys that I didn’t just feel that connection with. I looked Leigh up on the web, called and left a message. She returned my call within 24 hours and started off right away, asked the right questions and listened attentively, I felt a sense of personal connection and empathy. From there on Leigh answered my texts and emails promptly, be it day or night, that made me wondered if she worked all the time! Whenever I texted or emailed, she clearly and thoroughly addressed each and every concern and question. There was no intermediary between us, I think the only times I interacted with her assistant were when I visited her office or when following up on request to submit needed document. No one in office. No one would answer phone. Two voice mails one quice and hung up the othe repeated over and over. Never use this company NEVER!!!!

I don’t want to even give this law office one star,they are a terrible business and people,missed two $100 payments and I am the one that put in my debit card to make payments on default account and they got into my checking account and took my whole check of $1200 for 2 missed payments of $200 because I was off for surgery,I called trying to get them to listen cause I have no money and how they could do that somebody,they only got smart and said they couldn’t help it due to my circumstances,everybody please send them to better business bureau.

The lawyer I worked with Rob went above and beyond to help me with my situation they have a job to do that’s not the best but if you’re willing to work with them they’ll work with you!

They are literally, the worst firm I’ve ever been involved with and I have a family of lawyers. I go to make a payment online and it is blocked, I call and they raised my contributions. Okay, I deal with that. I am off work due to COVID, then have emergency surgery in May. Early June, before my June payment is due, I go online to make a payment, blocked again. I call and call until I email and get a response. They are going to garnish me. Insane and noncompassionate. But since this is how they behave to people who actually want to make payments, I’d hate to see what happens to people who don’t.

In 2018 T. Leigh Hearn-Rushton took on my case for my divorce. I researched everybody I could and no one would answer. So this was my last hope and by the Goodness of God she took on my case. Leigh is more than a lawyer. She is a fair passionate woman who will fight tooth and nail for what's fair and right. I struggled to get through my divorce because of how my ex was but Leigh made sure to help keep my head up and faith in what we knew would be a great outcome for us both. I have to she is a wonderful woman inside and out and if I were to recommend someone getting things done she is the right one. I have to say from the bottom of my heart I'm grateful to her and all that she helped me with.

Their phone number gives no way to speak to someone directly. Also have recieved a summons to court on a paid in full bill. Terrible company needs to lean some customer service.

The Hill Firm does a tremendous job. It cannot be easy, but they know the law and how to best help interpret next steps.
