I worked with Jill Neely, she provided a fantastic closing experience from the open of escrow to the close. She was professional and responded to emails promptly. She provided a wonderful and friendly service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am always pleased when I see Magnolia Title as our Title company!

Prior to submitting our offer or even viewing the property we were considering, we knew we would be using Magnolia Title for our side of the transaction. This is the second time we’ve worked with Jill Neely at Magnolia and she’s been great both times. This time when I was a bit of pest about some information and gave her a call rather than saying “I’ll get back to you on that” she took the time to get the information while we were on the phone call even though she had several other irons in the fire. It was much appreciated and we’ll be back again.
