My experience at Magnolia Title was exceptional! Beth Cooper (Processor) and Ryan Lux (Title Attorney) handled the closing. Both were a class act. My client was greeted at the door by Anna Loftis and immediately loved the vibe of the office. They felt well looked after and comfortable as it was their first home purchase. Can't wait for the next closing!
