I highly recommend the PNC Law office. Phillip was able to get my niece's 5 year-old TN violation dismissed and expunged for a very reasonable fee in a reasonable time. Since I live in NC and located this firm through Google, it was blind luck that I found an attorney who did what he said he would do. When I called his office initially, Tabitha was both knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. She suggested that I would want to talk with Phillip prior to signing a contract, which was exactly what I wanted. Tabitha scheduled a telephone appointment where Phillip explained what he though he would be able to do and his expected time frame. My niece had received a driving without a license in TN following having her NC license revoked for DUI. When she became eligible to get her NC license reinstated, the outstanding TN violation showed up and put the reinstatement of her NC license at a standstill. The week after I signed the contract Nashville was hit with a devastating tornado, including extensive damage to Phillip's office/building. Shortly after the tornado, COVID-19 hit. Nonetheless, Tabitha kept me informed every step of the way and encouraged me to call if I had questions. Tabitha telephoned today telling me mission accomplished! I am so happy that I chose Phillip and would highly recommend him and would use him again. I especially liked that I was not expected to sign a contract before talking to Phillip. I liked that there was open communication. I felt my business was not taken for granted. Appreciation was expressed to me on several occasions. Phillip is honest and his fee was reasonable.
