Philip is a trustworthy and stand up guy to work with. He also gives very good advice and is very professional at what he does. The people in his office are very professional and generous. You definitely feel like you have a top notch guy on your side.

Super nice guy!

Roland was a fantastic attorney during my divorce case. He helped bring us to a settlement without having to go to trial in a case that was super contentious and easily could have went to trial. His billing is affordable and done in a super ethical way. I was initially referred to one of the so called "best divorce" attorneys in Nashville. I didn't feel heard or advocated for, and the way they billed me was super unethical in my opinion. I would have easily spent $100,000 if I continued with their representation and that wasn't an option for me. I fired them, and was super discouraged and having the hardest time finding a new attorney. I met with Roland and expressed my concerns and he mapped out a plan and advocated for me. We got some great custody wins on the motion docket which helped forge a path to settlement. During the hardest situation in my life, Roland put my mind at ease both in regards to the financial part of a divorce and the handling and representation of the case. Roland is extremely polite, yet very straight forward about your case. Roland is highly respected in the court and I give him my highest recommendation. Thanks again Roland!!!

Live in new jersey someone put a protection order against me in Tennessee i didnt know what could happen so i hired phillip. His paralegal sounded nice over the phone wanted $500 down and the other $500 before the court date. Court was September 17, on September 16th i still owed $150 and very first thing in the morning i dont even know if they were opened yet but his paralegal emails me about needing the other $150 or they couldnt do the case. So i pay that and everything seemed fine. Courts the next day i get a text stating that my case was dismissed due to other party not showing. Phillip and his paralegal Katelyn left it as that. Again i live in new jersey and i need a copy of the order of dismissal and phillip was the one served with it by the judge. It has been 2 weeks since court i have called and emailed his paralegal katelyn non stop to get my copy of the dismissal. They have completely ignored me wont answer my calls or emails but was quick to take my $1000 for literally 10 min of them being in court. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
