Rachel is a no nonsense attorney that listens and understands your issues. Let me rephrase, listens. Hard to find. She helped me tremendously and I have and will recommend her to anyone.

I hired Rachel to handle my divorce and also retained her to help with my parental relocation case. I hired her after having had an extremely negative experience with another attorney and having lost trust in attorneys. She blew me away with her responsiveness. She consistently responds to my emails and phone calls in 24 hours, often less. She has also been able to accomplish things at the last minute for me on several occasions. She is available and knowledgeable and personable. She is also honest with you about potential outcomes or problems. She has won me over! I am delighted I made the decision to hire her.

Her presentation was good at first. I eventually was billed outrageous amounts for contacting the other lawyer involved. I totally lost trust in her by the end of our dealings. Had me mediate twice with very expensive mediators and neither worked out in the end. When I finally really questioned her tactics she withdrew from my case leaving me to start all over with another lawyer. I was sent other clients bills and personal information and overall I was very disappointed. I would not recommend her as a lawyer. Every email I was billed a minimum so I started to not even contact her at all because I could not afford it.

My experience with Karla C. Miller & Associates, PLLC was a good one. Overall, despite my case lasting over a year they were consistent and they continued to work with me regarding the bill. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who wants the best for their child.
