I contacted Mr Hairston's office out of the blue and was able to get an appointment with him through his able paralegal. He could have chosen to advise me on a route that would make him more money and have me take that route as it was how I wanted to proceed anyway. But he advised me against that route and guided me on a better path. It was all done with compassion, professionalism and care. I could not have asked for better service.

My experience with Mr. Hairston was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing an attorney in the future.

I would say be very cautious with this attorney because he did not help me before the courts. He rather assisted opposing counsel , providing a dcs witness providing false evidence against me, even though I now have a paper from dcs showing my ex husbands claims have been proven false..its almost as if he was working along side my ex husbands attorney to assist in taking my children. .When I asked for answers and solutions I was met with a short unclear answer and shrug of shoulders, and a phrase "that is just how things are". I did receive alimony, only due to my ex admitting he now lives with his girlfriend. I was scolded by this attorney for my attempts, trying to locate my missing children , trying to negotiate with my ex., to find solutions on how to get my children back. The most hurtful thing was not having an advocate in court when I was being attacked by the other side, despite paying 6,000 dollars..we were in court about 6 times, and he refused to tell the judge my ex had a current federal order to leave the usa by immigration. Due to this, my children were given to a person who is now abusing and medically neglecting them , their grandmother. I had bedbugs which my landlord was refusing to get rid of, also my husband made claims I was being abusive only to get out of child support. dcs is involved heavily due to my children being in harm's now. Yet my lawer is at fault even though I warned him of the potential..Please take this in consideration when choosing your attorney. Its seems he lacked empathy when it came to my children because he did not even fight to help my children stay with me.

I was in a horrible custody case involving my son and his God parents that had been ugly for years and I had gotten no where. For the last two years I was only seeing my son 10 hours a month. I searched for attorneys that were telling me what I wanted to hear just to get paid then I found Roland Hairston and thought I'd give it a shot to see what he had to say and I'm glad I did! He told it to me straight and didn't sugar coat anything to get me to hire him. He told me what my odds were and I appreciated being told the truth so he became my Attorney. I went from no relationship with my son to now we have a wonderful relationship and he wants to live with me and it's all because of Mr Hairston. I will forever be thankful to him for what he has done for me and I recommend him to anyone in any custody case. Thank you with all my heart....

Best experience you can have when it comes to getting a lawyer. He actually tries to reach out to you , get to know you , help you with your case and come up with a solution best for you . He is affordable, honest, respectable , professional, hard working, and treats you like family . I am very satisfied with my experience with him and his secretary.

I was referred to Mr. Roland by a friend who went through divorce. I was concerned about a divorce dragging along especially during a pandemic. From the first time I visited Mr. Roland, he had a game plan and explained the process thoroughly and I felt very confident. He worked diligently and fast and got it done. To say that I am impressed is an understatement.

Although my case was short lived, Mr. Hairston and his team were very responsive, patient, and attentive to my concerns. They kept me abreast to any changes in the process and educated me along they way in how our family court system works.

I once again Wouldn't recommend Courtney Teasley! She's Not a good attorney@ all! If you want justice she's not your answer! She's Not trustworthy, honest, she's money hungry, not dependable! She will tell you one thing then do another! She doesn't inform the client before making decisions! She's Not the defense you need on your side!
