Both Grover and Seth gave us expert advice on two different real estate properties we purchased. Grover reviewed the documents concerning one real estate transaction, allayed our concerns about the property so we could move forward with the real estate purchase. The second property was a challenge. Both Seth and Grover drafted a few iterations of a lease, scheduled calls to discuss options related to the property management until we felt confident that we had all the information needed to make a decision. Seth and Grover did a fantastic job of hearing out my problems when a residential purchase/sales agreement fell through. They fought for me and communicated with the builders on my behalf and helped me get a settlement that helped cover some of the losses from the original agreement falling through.
